Laser cutting
Many formats and parts, such as framework structures, model facades and bullet boards, logos and fonts, metal sliders and front panels can be produced by laser cutting, both for prototypes and serial production.
Laser cutting is characterized by highest precision and accuracy, optimized material usage and short delivery times, very reasonably priced
SUITABLE MATERIALS
- Plexiglass, polystyrene, Depron, wood, metals (aluminum, copper, silver, gold, titanium), textiles leather, foil plastics, stainless steel, carbon fibers, art diamond plates ...
- However, some materials are unsuitable, such as PVC (carcinogenic).
- Plexiglas and wood up to 12-15mm thickness, polystyrene up to 5mm, metals from 0.01 to 2.00mm
- The working area of our cutting machines are up to 1520 x 1120 mm.

- By using pulsed and continuous Nd-YAG and CO2 lasers we are able to cut almost all materials.
Engraving with the laser is also possible on most surfaces.
WHAT FILE DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Data in * .dxf, * .dwg or * .3dm format from a CAD program. (AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, QCAD, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros, MicroStation, MAYA, ProEngineer, CATIA, CorelDraw, etc.)
- The units should be mm. A reference measure of one part of your drawing is needed so we can rule out any scaling issues.
- All contours have to be drawn with single lines, no double and triple lines.
- You also have to take care that all lines are connected and trimmed from a contour. It is recommended to draw the contours using polylines.
HOW CAN THE CUTTING COSTS BE REDUCED?
- Cutting plastics is cheaper than cutting metals. Cutting thinner materials is cheaper than cutting thick ones. For each material, a computer and setup time is calculated; therefor fewer materials lead to less setup costs. Most decisive for the cost is the length of cut - the length of all the lines to be cut.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE YOUR DATA?
- Draw all parts to be cut from the same material next to each other. If you need more of a part, copy it as often as you need it. Frame all parts made of the same material with a rectangle and write below which material should be cut. You can save multiple materials in the same file. It's best to save the file in DXF format.
We laser the files You send us without prior checking. For mistakes the creator of the drawings is responsible. If You want us to check the files, then this must be ordered and paid extra.
You can email us or bring the file that needs to be cut. We also offer the digitization of a hand sketch.
3D milling
We mill your models and prototypes made out of different materials - plastic, colored metals, such as aluminum or brass, PU-mold material or wood.
Dimensions up to 2000 mm x 1000 mm x 150 mm in one piece.

The advantages of an aircraft or multicopter drone to man-carrying aircraft are many - it is much cheaper, we also reach places that are inaccessible to a large helicopter. If the lighting conditions are not correct, a date shift is less costly.
Image stabilization and lenses
During the development of the photo helicopter, we found out that taking a qualitative still image is not such an easy task. For this reason, we first developed an intelligent stabilization of electronics for the helicopter. After the helicopter did everything it was expected to do, we set ourselves to the camera platform. Another electronic allows the targeting of different objects. This allows the centering in the image of the object to be recorded.
